The Navajo

Beauty is before me and beauty is behind me
Above and below me hovers beautiful

I am surrounded by it. I am immersed in it.

In my youth I am aware of it, and in my old age
I shall walk quietly the beautiful trail

Admitting that I have gained weight after having surgery only two years ago, shows how big of a loser I really am. – And not in a good kind of way.
